Team Beta had a great time! It was awesome to work with 195 and 177, and we were happy to play a defensive role in the finals. Congratulations to 195 on an epic season, and it was an honor to work with the legendary 177.
It was hard to keep 1099 from cycling, they really hit their stride in Wolcott. 2064 had a very consistent and impressive climber. It was wonderful to see 1511 make the trip to find Wolcott, and the 50 point combo was awesome!
Thank you to 1071 for hosting an amazing event. Team Beta can't wait to find Wolcott again next year!

I edited the recording of the final match and posted to youtube. Attendees at the event may have noticed a tall yellow pole at the top of the bleachers. On top of that was my gopro clone camera that made some full field recordings of some of the matches. Let me know if you think it is worth editing and converting some of the rest.

Your eloquent use of capitalization has swayed me somewhat. Finals match 1 should now be available at this location. I will continue to do edits and conversions with the warnings that I'm pretty busy for a week and that I do not have complete coverage of either quals or the double elimination matches. I knew the puny battery aboard the camera was not equal to all-day coverage. Eventually, I will have many matches that involved 2170, 1511, or 195. Or you could mail me a 16Gb USB drive with SASE and I could flood you with the raw "footage" if you prefer. :p :D

This was my first FIRST volunteering experience and I had a great time. Congratulations to all the teams on making a great showing! Also, this was one of the cooler things I've seen this season in person: 80 point climbs!

All of FRC 1511 had a great time at Where's Wolcott; it was definitely worth the drive up. We learned a ton of valuable lessons as we cycled our drivers through the Qualification Rounds. It was a pleasure to work with 2064 Panther Project and 1099 the Disco Techs in the elimination rounds to upset some great alliances.

I want to Thank Bill from 2170 for recording many of our matches as well as most of the eliminations. The match footage will be a great help to us for reviewing and making improvements. Dont worry if you are busy this week I will be patiently waiting. :D

This was one of the worst things I have seen as a ref this season. I am standing there holding 2064 in this image. I am definitely glad the field crew worked efficiently in this match getting 2064 on belay before the robot lost it's grasp on the bar and fell, but was caught by the belay.

Also, thank you to all the teams! You were all great and made my job as Head Referee that much easier! 195, thank you for allowing me to play a joke on you once again with the red card. I just wish I had been able to have a real one instead of that gift card.

Thank you to all the amazing students and mentors from Team 1071 for once again putting on an amazing event, and team 228 for providing us with some equally amazing food!
