Week 5 update - Team Rembrandts, The Netherlands
 

Hey CD community,

it takes more time then you would expect but finally our media crew pulled it off to launch week 5 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkVJYLPRxzM). We're shooting footage for week 6 atm.

We will be continuing after build season with weekly updates on programming. We're going to build a replica robot to test with, so a lot of work to do!

Week 5 is also a special edition. Some footage from the PTA meeting is within it as well!


Week 6 will contain our cool crate design which will transform into our working space in our pit. Here is a little teaser when we were half way through building it:

I'm checking out and I hope everybody keeps up the phase with posting there robot on CD! Cool to see what the others came up with. :D

Thanks for the updates.

I wonder: What if the second robot you build - the "replica" - was actually your competition robot? I mean, won't the second robot come out better than the first? Think you can complete it in time for Bag Day?

Wish I was going to NC Regional, I'd love to meet you guys.

We're going to cut the profiles tomorrow, and assemble it with 15guys. Hopefully we can sent the new robot yes. Otherwise we sent the old one and if we have better parts on our new one that would be considered for the 30lbs u can bring to a regional!

That's an awesome build space you guys have! With your resources and your FTC experience, I'm really excited to see how you do this season, and in the future.
