Very good video.
Nice editing. It shows what your robot can do.
The speed of your shooter is impressive.
IMHO, Scoring discs will beat climbers.

Was this video created by students?
Hope to see you in St. Louis.

Really cool video. I'm a big fan of the pyramid goal-shooting and the quickness of your shooter. The robot looks really well thought out.

I see some TIG welding with an auto darkening helmet. What helmet did you use and did you have any issues with it blinking out on you while TIG welding? I have tried 2 different helmets and both of them occasionally loose the dark while TIG welding. Very annoying.

As always, looking good RoboVikes! Can't wait for Sacramento.

How far can you accurately shoot from?

I edited this video, and i did the two videos of similar formatting for our two previous years, and i graduated last year, so I edited this year's video as a mentor.

We shoot at least from the far side of the pyramid in autonomous, not sure about the potential for farther shots in the high goal but considering how far the pyramid is I suppose we could make lower goals from half-court no problem. We aim high though ;)

What's driving your shooter to get that quick of a recovery time between shots? I see that the shooter wheels are very small which limits the inertia but there has to still be some power behind it.

Nice pyramid shooting as well.

2 Mini-Cims with belts running straight to the wheels.

Unlike the small banebot wheels, we're using six inch AM aluminum performance wheels with wedge top tread
