Message to all,

The Application Notes are part of the rules. They have a lot of good stuff you might want to consider. More importantly, they have a lot of rules that read something along the lines of 'XXX is not allowed,' 'YYY is required', etc.

Please save us all a lot of grief. Read the Application Notes (available for download from the main CDI page).
