G04: Unpowered - releasing pressure?

G04 says to remove the robot from the pyramid "unpowered". Is releasing pneumatic pressure considered "unpowered"?

Yes. It's just turning a knob, which doesn't require power to do. The rule is more along the lines of banning tethering the robot to release a mechanism.
