assembly not parallel to ground plane

So i have our drive train finished in inventor but it is not parallel to the ground plane. is there any way to force it to go back? i have tried rotating it but all of the constraints break. any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks !

If you can use pack and go then zip the assembly file I can have a look. Send it to me via Dropbox, Yousendit, etc.

As a starting point, the first part into the assembly sets the coordination to the ground plane in the assembly file.

I sent you the assembly. But i did fix the problem a few seconds ago. i rotated the entire assembly, then when into the manage menu and ran "rebuild all". im not sure if its the right way to do it but it worked.
