TIMS/STIMS crashing
 

Did anyone else have STIMS and/or TIMS crush on him while submitting awards?
It happened to us before we had a chance to submit Chairman's... and Woodie Flowers... and Dean's List...

Did that happen to any of you in previous years and can help us? We're pretty hopeless... I know there's little chance if any we can still submit, but I would still very much appreciate it if you can write about your experience.

Last year we had a crash(and many other teams), and the deadline was extended by a day, if the crash happened to many teams I'll assume they might extend it again.

What did you do when it happened? Simply notified FIRST?

I sent an e-mail to firstteammembers@usfirst.org, they didn't reply directly, but there was mail later on from frcteams@usfirst.org:
"Greetings Teams:
Due to a technical issue with TIMS and STIMS, we are extending FRC award submission deadlines to Friday, 2/17/12 at 12 PM ET for the Website, Chairman’s, Woodie Flowers and Dean’s List Awards.
Please have your team’s designated award submitter(s) login to their account to submit your team’s award(s) by the extended deadline.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

This email is from last year. If you have a valid reason that you were unable to submit your awards, email them and they might grant the extension.

I checked the mail- and it was received 2 hours after the original deadline.
