Yep, its a climber/dumper
|
Re: Team 75's 2013 Robot
Awesome! Can't wait to see it in action.
So, if it's 2WD, I'm guessing the Hi-Grip wheels in the center are the only driven ones? EDIT: I actually gave it a significantly deeper look and realized that this was an absurd question. And you guys just love your Dewalt Gearboxes :yikes: |
Re: Team 75's 2013 Robot
What goals can it dump in, and what level can it climb to?
Looks great. Judging by the file name, I assume you call the robot "Ember?" Carrying on the 'E' theme from "Eve" last year I see? Can't wait to see you guys at Mount Olive and Bridgewater (and then hopefully Lehigh!)! :D |
Re: Team 75's 2013 Robot
Its not finalized yet so well have to see... but thats one idea :)
|
Re: Team 75's 2013 Robot
It dumps into the level 1 goal and climbs to the third.
|
Re: Team 75's 2013 Robot
Also, Steve.... yeah the HiGrips are the only powered wheels
And.... Dewalt gearboxes all the way :) |

We don't have a video although I wish we did.
It does dump into the pyramid goal. |

Any particular reason for choosing Regolith wheels for the back wheels? |
Re: Team 75's 2013 Robot
Interesting design. See you at Mt. Olive!
Do you have a practice bot? |
