Rewatching matches

IS it possible to record or rewatch feeds of other teams at competiton from this year. were trying to learn exactly what were going to be facing at the regional. Since most team compete in more than one we though it was a good idea

These are great resources.

I recommend grabbing some popcorn and watching some of the late seeding matches, the qualifiers and the finals of at least one regional before you compete. It gives you a good taste of what you will be facing and an idea of how the game evolves from week to week.

For some it's a drag, but I think its a lot of fun :o

Good luck.

Check previous events from years past on The Blue Alliance (click on events on the upper toolbar, and then go to the year and find the desired event). Most of them have their matches recorded for watching. Look around the site: thebluealliance.com

WatchFirstNow.com is going to do our best to archive as many matches as possible. Most will be up by the following night.

I believe he is saying he wants to record an entire stream. I did it for one regional last year using camtasia and just did a screen capture. The audio didn't record to great but the video was watchable. Be sure to practice with the software first to make sure you don't mess up and make sure you have plenty of hard drive space because it uses up a lot of gb.

The Blue Alliance. They post videos of individual matches. Watch as many times as you like. Want a specific team? Look them up. Specific event? Look it up. Specific match at the event? Look it up under the event.

Which is why we've been saying www.thebluealliance.com about every other post.

Now, they do take a little while to get videos up. However, the webcaster(s) will often do some archiving of their own--contact those people to get the archived stuff faster.
