As you pointed out, the results were updated for a new winner, but never switched in your post. Updated below.

EDIT: After further review, it was found that a 2 point disc had been missed for red. Therefore, it was not a 94-94 tie, but a 96-94 victory for the fourth ranked alliance. Congratulations to 1425, 1983, and 753.

Mess of declines and "Sorry, already picked" all through selections. I know 696 declined, and then was picked, to a "you can't pick them".

Incidentally, multiple alliances are out of order.
#1: 2443-3309-3408
#5: 599-3512-981
#6: 696-330-3851
687 (#7) was swapped out for 1644 after QF3-1; it didn't help.
