We train our new members to put the crosstown sports rivalries behind and embrace the cooperative spirit of FIRST. It feels strange to them at the onset, but by the time they experience their first tournament I think they get it.

The 1625 robot seemed to get better and better throughout the weekend. Good luck at Midwest.

The pneumatic cylinders running the arm stop mechanically against the shooting tray mid-stroke. Every time the angle of the shooting tray changes the arm moves briefly (if it is in the up position) to remove that mechanical interference.
