Team 842 Presents: Ingrid's Dream

Team 842 is proud to present Ingrid's Dream
Unveil Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nHd_bG5dZE

Specs:
  • All in one arm that can pivot
  • 3 Wheeled Linear Shooter(Thanks Team Spectrum)
  • Fast floor intake
  • Fast human loading
  • Fast 10 pt hang
  • Less than 30 second 45 pt dump

Team 842 is very proud of their robot this year and though this was the craziest and most stressful build season we ever had, it looks like our hard work will finally pay off. Good luck to all teams at the Phoenix regional as well as our sponsors.

Can someone make a .gif of that climb so I can use it as a desktop background? :ahh:

That is a gorgeous robot, I'd love to hear some stories on how you guys figured out how you were going to juke and jive your way up the pyramid!

Good job with the video John. We do need to remember to open our lower arm when dumping the colored frisbees!

Wow. That climb is incredible. If I knew you could see me in my living room, I would give you a standing-o for that. Really cool robot.

That climb....wow.

I'm curious, why is it only a 45 point climb and not 50?

The last frisbee in our intake falls upward while climbing and the conveyor belt won't shoot it out. If we go to nationals we may look for other ways to make it a full 50.

I thought no one could make a robot that can literally do everything in this game. Thanks for proving me wrong.
