Setting up a motor in autonomous using flat sequence structures.

I want a motor- "Left and Right Motor" to move forward for one second. THEN I want a "SWING" motor to move for half a second backwards.
How can I go about doing this?

Visuals are awesome! I'm unable to really see how I can do this correctly.

Thanks!

Assuming "Left and Right Motor" is the RobotDrive in your robot, here is how you would do it. I slowed down the drive motors so that a) you don't hurt the motors and b) so you have more controlled movement
