Not always; I have only noticed this one on Friday's lists a couple of times, both this week.

Volunteer of the Year is a Friday award. Judge's Awards can be given on either Friday or Saturday or possibly both.

Judges awards cannot be both days. They haven't done two judges awards since they introduces coopertitition award (which now appears to be gone as well).
