Just floating around the FIRST site this morning, I stumbled on the event capacity list, and Philly is at -2. Is this just a typo? Whats going on there?

I don't think its a typo, cause now it's at -3
what is FIRST doing?????
Plus, there is only 54 spots left at nationals, it's gonna be a CRAAAAAAAZY year.........
