FIRST Teams 340 and 1511 featured in USA Weekend Magazine for April 19-21, 2013
 

In October 2012, FIRST Team 340 (Greater Rochester Robotics) and FIRST Team 1511 (Rolling Thunder) joined forces to hold a Make a Difference Day project at the Rah Cha Cha Ruckus off-season competition. We've been selected as a National Honoree, one of 10 projects selected by USA Weekend Magazine and the Points of Light Foundation for this year! This gives us a $10,000 prize which is going to Rochester Community Robotics to start new FIRST teams!

This weekend we are featured in the USA Weekend Magazine. It's the special Make a Difference Day Edition! Don't forget to check it out if it is a supplement to your weekend newspaper!
