Interesting. I'm not sure I like how you store the videos on your server, but it's a cool idea.

Why not give the user the option to have the site spit out HTML code and tell them to upload it to their own server? Especially if they want more than your 5mb limit.

Will you be releasing the source code for this? I am currently creating a video gallery for my teams website and will soon be creating a Photo Gallery as well, so this would make my job tons easier. Right now I am inputting everything by hand, and usually the video or photo I have inputted is already on another site, for instance the videos are all posted on youtube, and the photos are all on facebook and flickr
