Re: How does your team handle season wrap-up?

Our team has a luncheon to thank our sponsors, does a presentation for our school board and has some sort of event as a team. Last year we went to an amusement park together, the school had this deal to get tickets $10 off so it was pretty cheap. And this year we're looking at having a cook out at one of our houses to relax together. Plus we get ready for all of our off-season events like parades, fairs, football games, etc. :D

-Do meetings continue, or do you take a break?

Video...usually
Banquet...check
Awards...check
Actually, for awards, we have a series of awards for the students. Then, and I LOVVVVE <3 this part, the students get to give their mentors awards. All the student --> mentor awards are student built and thought out. Really cool.
Off-season...kind of. We participate in them, but I don't think we do any special "prep work"
Meetings continue for a bit, usually up until the banquet. We sometimes meet over the summer for outreach events and showcasing, but it's hard to get the whole team together.
