You have unzipped the file?

The imaging tool expects the image in a particular path, based on the choice of programming language. The image is installed in that path when you install the programming language update. Thus, to image the cRIO, you need to not only install the imaging tool but also the development environment and updates.

In the Documentation, it says:
Quote:

Verify that the image listed is FRC_2013_v47.zip (Note: The picture above shows v46). If there is no image listed in this box or the image is not v47, make sure you have installed the latest update for your programming language.
In the case of java, did you install netbeans and the FIRST plugins per http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/...elopment-tools ?

As a tip, saying you have all the required files is not a good way to ask for help. How am I supposed to know that you know what the required files are? It's much better to list the steps you've taken and the files you've gathered, that way someone who is helping you can immediately see if there is a missing file, rather then guessing.

Is this to say it works on the other robot's cRIO?
