Chief Delphi - Problem Uploading Program to reconfigured Crio

Okay, So our team's robot, 4719 was partially given to a different team so that they could compete in the finals, we lent them our Crio and other components such as Digital Sidecar, victors, talons, jaguars etc. And we've gotten the components back but we can't upload any program to it via NetBeans IDE 7.2 I just simply never finishes uploading.
