Yep, but you can generate them in advance. We (as in the team that co hosted with us) used FMS Delta last year to make 2-3 match schedules depending on the # of teams that showed up. You don't need the full FMS up and running to do so.

But I'm unsure if you can manually enter the match schedule or import that list into FMS afterwards...

we can generate the schedule in advance and are experimenting with options for cycle times to see how many matches we can get for teams.

match times are roughly 8 hours on Saturday and 3+ on Saturday so it is tight.

and we "might" post a match schedule early :)

Though having an early match schedule is exciting, I may suggest considering the FF auctions happening this weekend. An early release could completely change strategies during the auction and ruin lists for players who will not be there.

I really don't think the IRI planners need to concern themselves about people not getting the best picks in a FF draft...

Fun fact: In 2010, the tentative schedule came out before the IRI draft. In that schedule, 33 had an unbelievably good schedule for that year (good opponents, better partners) and thus I decided to pick them instead of 469. Then the schedule changed the day of the event as one team didn't show. Be careful when you make FF picks based on tentative schedules!

Team 359 plans to bring its usual for teams and the silent auction. I look forward to bidding again.
Last year, I got stuck coaching during the closing of the auction and missed out on some stuff. I got a student this year dedicated to this for me!! :D

I always knew you were a genius. You could set an amount to unlock the schedule. I'm sure everyone would pitch in a few bucks to know the schedule early and several charities would love the extra donations!

There are so many pairs of robots I'd like to see at IRI. I hope the scheduling gods (aka FMS) will be kind to us.
