2813 Gearheads in the news

August issue of Mechanical Engineering has an article on Silicon Valley Robotics event that was held recently. Great picture of 2813's robot loaded with discs...Way to go 2813 for supporting the mission of FIRST and showing the product of your efforts to the nearly 2000 guests...

Unfortunately the August edition of the magazine is no longer on the ASME website, but we will see if we can get it from the archives.

Team Tators (2122) were the epitome of gracious professionalism at CalGames. Their robot was amazing and incredibly successful. When we lost our shooter they spent quite a bit of time at our booth in the pits trying to help us reattach the lift mechanism.

It was great to see the Tators in Sunnyvale and we really appreciate the huge effort they made to come all the way from Idaho to compete at this event.

Thanks for the kind words...only wish we could have done more to help.
