What, no RiverRage 17 thread? I am looking forward to this event as it has been so much fun in the past. I am just a mentor on a participating team but I do know that it will be held at Goffstown High School this year on October 26.

Who else is going?

It would be great if there was a webcast for those who love the event but can't be there.

Myself and 3467 are planning to attend! Can't wait to bring the robot out one last time before retirement! Its been an amazing season so far and we don't want it to end! :o

OzRam is planning to attend. We had some problems during some matches but have a solution planned. We will see what we can do with that solved and a new crop of drivers.

20's last NE event before the gates shut for the year!
Hopefully this year our comm won't go out every single match! :D
Also- just making sure, the weight for this event is 120 lbs, not 125 like IRI?

Aluminum Falcons are planing to be there. 1st time in New Hampshire.

I just want you guys to know the new facility will be great! It will definitely be comparable to Memorial High School! :D

More details to follow soon, securing a new venue has had a significant impact on the planning but we are back on track now.

Place: Goffstown HS, Goffstown NH
Team List: Coming soon but last I heard we have 26 teams signed up.

No Rule changes.

Whoops, I probably didn't word that right. Our team filled out a form to compete and never got any reply back, so I was wondering if the list on the site was the final team list or if there were still slots available/teams being added.

Edit: Just read the page again and saw that it was, sorry for the mix-up and good luck to all the teams participating! :)

I'm excited for another RiverRage especially for my is senior year. should be an interesting competetition indeed. And being in a new facility sounds great, a change of scenerary is nice. Go FIRST teams!

I don't have all of the alliances but the finals was 3467, 1517, and 2648 (2 seed and winners) and 20, 190, and 151. The only other alliances I remember were the 5 seed, 155, 1289, and 1058, and the 4 seed, 125, 839 and 348. (These two alliances made it the farthest through the losers bracket.)

Team 3467 had a blast at River Rage! Big congratulations to our newer students who stepped up as drivers during qualifications as well as playing the role of pit crew!

Thank you to our elimination partners of 1517 and 2648! You guys were so much fun to work with and your drivers and robots performed amazingly! It was so cool to get to work with 2648 one last time after a very memorable season together at Pine Tree, Indiana Robotics Invitational, and finally River Rage! We wish the best of luck to your two teams moving into 2014 and we look forward to seeing and playing with you if possible! :)

RiverRage was a BLAST this year!
Thanks to our alliance partners, 190 and 151, for an intense run in eliminations. Trying to get everything to come together in auto to beat that #2 alliance was such a challenge, and I thoroughly enjoyed going through it with you.
Congrats to the eventual champions- 3467, 2648, and 1517- for your victory. Once I saw your alliance come together I knew who we'd have to play in the finals. The Pine Tree-IRI reunion was too much for any alliance there to handle.

And lastly, I'd like to shout out to 1519.
If only we could have played on the same side of the glass as you.
After your first match all of our freshmen came up to me astounded- "Did you see that robot? It scored SO many frisbees from all the way over there!"
Without the "Great Pumpkin", I wonder if we could have ended up playing together in the end.

Team 2648 also had a great time at RiverRage this year! Definitely my favorite RiverRage so far!

Thanks to our alliance partners 3467 and 1517. Playing with you guys again was awesome! 3467, your solid auto, fast cycles and 30 pt climb made you deadly all year long. 1517, your auto and great defense made you a very strong robot all day, the great pumpkin made the right choice to let 3467 pick you!

20, 151, and 190 you guys were awesome. When I saw your alliance form I knew NO ONE could take you down easily and I was right.
