Team update 2 is out. It has a new Additional Hardware list, but in it there are NO DB15 soldering cups AT ALL. I think FIRST screwed up again. Also, anyone thinking of using a suction cup better start working on a new idea...

The site says it's out, but when I go to the team update page, all it shows is Team Update #1. Could you throw out that link, please?

Ok, so I dont know what FIRST's doing, but when I looked again it was there. Go figure. I dont care, as long as I eventually found it :)
