Question about the division of Nationals?

Student on team #56, Robbe Xtreme, from Bound Brook High School and Ethicon Inc..



Just thinking but...The top 8 teams at a regional are allied together i.e. 1,4 etc...but at the nationals when the teams are all split into 4 groups how many teams make it from that group like do the top 8 teams get allied together or is it the top 16 which one some one please help....

In the finals there will be 40 teams represented on 8 alliances, 2 from each of the 4 divisions.

As stated in the rule book.
