Hi-bor Lumber for goal?

Hi, we are currently constructing our goal right now
and was wondering if the weight factor would really
make a difference if we use hi-bor pressure
treated lumber instead of the KD Pine; there is no
market for KD Pine here in Hawaii.
Mahalo!

your message made me laugh at myself.

I saw the "KD" on the BOM and I was curious what it was
supposed to mean. Then I figured it out and went on.

I was about to explain it to you when I realized what a
bone-head I can be at times.

I had convinced myself the KD stood for Knominal
Dimension ;-)

Made sense to me at the time!?!? :-P
