Dave Lavery on C-SPAN
 

Just a few minutes ago (not live), Dave Lavery's congressman (in the House) talked about Dave Lavery while the House was debating a bill for retro-active pay after the shutdown. Used Dave as an example of a federal employee who deserves to be paid, and he had some awesome things to say about him! Thought you all would appreciate that :)

If they don't treat Dave nicely, he may just keep his big red ball, and not share with rest of us.

In all seriousness, thanks for sharing this. Can't think of a better example of someone that's doing something that matters which congress should be talking about.
