REC Foundation board of directors

I'm curious to see if there's any overlap between the Boards of Directors of FIRST and the REC Foundation. If a link like this were to exist, it could mean that there also exists a channel of open communications between these two organizations at a very strategic level.

Where can I find a list of the members of the Board of Directors for the REC Foundation? The 2013 Annual Report (pdf link) names the Chairman but no one else.

Can anyone find the REC Foundation when searching for tax-exempt organizations on the IRS website? I've tried a number of search terms without any success.

I did a quick look at the staff of REC. There are people in REC that are extremely involved in FIRST are are well known in the FIRST community. Bottom line: REC and FIRST are not strangers.

Question: What would you like to see accomplished ?

Thank you Ed. I should have mentioned that I've seen the staff list, and I recognize that it's filled with great people that are intimately involved in FIRST.

In asking my question here on ChiefDelphi, I'm trying to satisfy an idle curiosity without drawing JVN's ire.

In pondering the question at all, I'm trying (1) gain an understanding of how these organizations are built, (2) establish how their makeup determines their mission, scope, and vision, and (3) see if I can forecast any changes in these. I might use this information to make decisions about how to spend my time.
