NDEP/TARDEC Grant - 2013
 

Has anyone received NDEP/TARDEC grant this year? If so does it appear in TIMS? Our team is supposed to receive the grant after registering, so far we don't see the amount showing up in the invoice. Before contacting them or FIRST, would like to hear from you.

We didn't see NDEP funding in TIMS until December last year due to federal government budgeting.

For NDEP, the money should be applied in TIMS as a payment for your regional.

For my team, logging in as an administrator, I can select to pay for the team - "Pay Now". This link opens up all the regionals we have registered for, in this case only NC. I can then click on the "View Payment Detail Report" under Actions. There I see that NDEP has provided $2,000 towards the registration.

I just checked TIMS and the NDEP funding appears in our account too.

Ours shows in TIMS as applied, and it was automatic (I didn't have to do anything).
