Hmm...well I dont know how many of you people out there are willing to sacrifice all teh valueable space in the bot by reducing it to fit underthe bar but i think that about 5-10 robots out of a 100 will brave it, to those who do it good luck!
so 5-10%

I say out of a regional competition of around 40~50 team, there will be 1.5 robot that will go under the bar. Well the .5 is because I can imagine some regionals have one going-under-bar robot, while some other have 2.

So... 4%.

So much is lost?

Could you list what is impossible to do by going under the bar? With some good thinking and strategizing, not much seems lost to me.

15%

I vote that at least 20% will be able to go under the
bar in some configuration of their robot.

If you are wondering what I mean, read M12 and Q12/A12.

I'd say then that there's definitely two teams going under - depending on configuration :)
