Pamphlets and Posters for Outreach Events

Next Tuesday my team, along with team 839, will be representing FIRST at NI Days Boston (Dean Kamen will be speaking there!). We have just started doing community outreach events like this one, so we don't have much experience to work off of. For this event, our school has offered to print 100 pamphlets and give us access to their poster printer. We are struggling to figure out how to best utilize these resources. We know that we want 1 poster dedicated to describing FIRST and FRC, and another poster about our team. Do you guys have any suggestions for what we could do? Better yet, I am hoping to see some examples of posters/pamphlets from other teams.
