Amazon Smile...

I ran across a team sharing a link to their Amazon Smile account earlier today. I got to looking into it and found out that organizations get .05% of every eligible purchase made through smile.amazon.com. I was wondering of those teams that do in fact use this, how much do you accumulate? If you had an Amazon-a-holic contributing, I would think that teams would do some what well, although you only make $5/1000 spent. I would like to hear what teams think.

It it's .5%.

It's a new program, so it's hard to say exactly how well it will work for us.

I purchase a few thousand off amazon alone, so that's a decent start right there.

The team also spends a decent amount at amazon.

Even if it only nets us $100/yr. That's $100.

Get your allumni who are purchasing college text books to use the link. I have found Amazon to be much cheaper (and with Amazon Prime fast) on college text books for two of my kids. And that can be a grand or so a year itself.

Also look at GoodShop (and it's companions GoodSearch and GoodDining) they provide rebates from a large number of stores.
