How many wheels can we use? Where in the manual did you find the answer?

You are allowed 10 wheel chair wheels and an unlimited number of custom made wheels that are fabricated from legal parts.

You are given two 8" wheelchair wheels and two 6" wheels in the kit. The additional hardware list says that you can get 6 additional Skyway Wheelchair wheels that are between 5" and 8" in diameter.

There is no true limit as to how many wheels you may have. If you are reffering to the Skyway wheelchair wheels, you are allowed an additional 6 wheels verying in diameter from 5" to 8" (non-pneumatic). This information is in the additional hardware list, but note that these are in addition to the wheels prided in the kit. But, you may also fabricate your own wheels out of allowable materials, in which case you are only limited by how much material you are allowed to use.

Well, the additional hardware list has the skyway wheels on it. As far as making your own, well, basically there is nothing in the manual that DISallows it, and teams have been doing it for years, so it's legal.
