Just checked my account on the VEX site....no order but I do have items in my cart for the PDV items. When I try to use the PDV I get the notice that the PDV is no longer valid.

The kicker is that my credit card has two pending charges for the shipping.

I know this will be fixed and that we should be appreciative of the donations but this weekend has been just a bit like coming downstairs on Christmas Day and finding no presents.

These pending charges will drop off in a day or 2 - they are temporary authorizations.

Give the Sales team a call or e-mail Monday and they'll get the PDV code reset and make it work for you.

FRC3005 is getting errors as well.

I tried to place my order yesterday and got all the way to the check out then I received an error saying my order couldn't be completed. I came back today and now my code says it's invalid.

Sent an email, hopefully hear something back tomorrow. :)

Hmm.....I just called the sales number and was basically told to check back later after they fixed the website.

Two phone calls to IFI....the first resulted in being instructed to check back later. After a private ChiefDelphi message from IFI I called customer service a second time as instructed and was told to email my PDV key and that my PDV would be promptly reset. This has not occurred. Is anyone else having issues?

I'm out of the office today, otherwise I'd personally walk over to sales and see what your status is. Did our sales team reply to your email with the code? What time did you send in your PDV code?

Is this a situation of "IFI didn't get back to me yet" or is it "IFI got back to me and it still isn't working"?

I'm sorry again that you're having issues, and we're not resolving them.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I am out of the office this week, but I just talked to my team and they are working on your, and one other customer's, issue with the PDV codes. They will get back with you and have your issue resolved shortly.

Thanks guys. I feel guilty now. It didn't really take all of the important people from IFI to answer my concern but I am impressed that you took the time to do so.

Just an update for all Canadian VEXpro customers who used or tried to use their coupon code on opening Saturday. Our shipping company, Purolator, had a bit of a bug which caused shipping rates to be calculated incorrectly between 11:00a and 2:00p eastern. All orders that were placed during that window were overcharged on shipping by about $30. As such, we've gone back and refunded all excess shipping charges that were experienced by our customers in that window.

If you logged in during that window and saw extremely high shipping rates (~$40 for the PDV items), please note that these rates were in error. The typical shipping rate for the PDV items in Ontario is between $8 and $15, depending on your distance from our offices.
