Netbeans IDE 7.4 help
 

So I'm lost right now because I'm installing Netbeans onto another on of my teams programmers laptop for her so I can continue to teach her outside of school. I've hit a bump in the road as I can't get it to open. I get a message saying that the modules aren't working but then I checked and they're all there. So I go to uninstall it and re install it and it won't even uninstall. I'm not sure if it's something with Netbeans IDE 7.4 because I can't remember which on we are using at school 7.4 or 7.2. Any suggestions would be great because I'm totally stumped.

What step in the installation instructions are you getting stuck on? What is the exact text of the error message?

I've installed everything with both netbeans 7.2 and 7.4.

The first part, I got Netbeans and JDK installed but it won't let me open Netbeans. It's wired because I've done it on my laptop and our FRC laptop when we had to reimage it last year. She has a Asus laptop running Windows 8.1 with a 64-bit OS. Also I'm going to put up a screenshot of the error message because CD isn't letting me post the error code.

Also thought this might be useful, this is what I get when I try to uninstall Netbeans.
