That's from the FedEx facebook page. The picture in the OP was (and still is) posted by the FIRST Facebook page, and is still there

I dunno, something's not quite right.

The "full picture" shows red coils of (wire?) in the foreground, but the snippet in the OP shows several coils of (wire, hose, etc - NOT just red wire...).

Point is, the OP snippet is not a part of the second image.

I smell herring.

Guys, it's clearly a game hint! I predict that this year, we will be required to use wires to connect the electrical systems together, and maybe control a robot.

Maybe part of the game is to make robots that can use alcoholic beverages as fuel like in Futurama.

Ok so after further review of the images, I think those cups were definitely put there intentionally. If you look at the original image FIRST posted with the container of red wire, there are blue and green cups to the left. Based on the size of the staircase I think it is safe to assume that FedEx's photo was taken on the desk, or one next to it, that I highlighted in the larger box. They moved to that one and filled a different basket with different wires.
But look at the smaller square. That blue thing sticking up is all alone in FIRST's photo. In FedEx's photo, look at that same spot. It looks like there are red solo cups next to it.

Based on EXTENSIVE analysis of this image, I have concluded that we will have to use wires on our robots. I am certain of it.
