Business Plan Submission Rules

In section 6.10.2, under "ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE" of the updated Administrative Manual, it states the criteria needed but then says "graphic image allowed as alternate format upload."

My question is are we allowed to include a graphic along with writing (under 1600 characters) for that section of the business plan?

That would be a good q&a question. I would believe you could do the write up and then also use your org chart as one of the uploaded images, but it would be good to get a formal response.
