Does the top reflective tape panel turn during teleop?
 

During autonomous, the top piece of reflective tape with turn either towards or away from the field, depending on which goal is "hot".

My question is, does the top panel of tape turn towards the field during teleop? Do both point away, or do they stay in the same position as they were in autonomous?

Thank you! It didn't elaborate on what happens to them after autonomous, and my teammate was confused on how we should work around this for programming a camera.
That clears it up, also, when does the Q&A open?
