This design is very similar to one of my team's prototypes!

It looks to me like it is motor driven?

Yes, motor driven with more to come :)

Using Banebots in the prototype but switching to bag motors as soon as they arrive from Vex. We are having trouble with our BB leads breaking

Actually it has two CIMs driving the shooter at about an 18:1 reduction. The Banebots referenced in the previous post are for the collector which is not in the video as far as I know.
