Team 3218's Throwing Arm and Chassis

This year, we've decided to go with a circular throwing arm. With any luck, the end result will be something like this:

After we had the chassis finished, we experimented with driving it. Eventually, to control the ball better, we added two wooden arms:

Thoughts?

I can't pull up the link to the shooter arm. Anyone know what's wrong with it?

I don't know. It probably can't connect because we can't connect to it.
If she used [ IMG ] [ /IMG ] it would probably work.
(Minus the spaces, of course.)

Re: Team 3218's Throwing Arm and Chassis

Our catapult tonight when we were adjusting it more (we had it working on Friday last week and have been adjusting it since) we have started to get it to flatten it out but we need to make sure that our final test tonight before our wooden supports broke::ouch:: is actually accurate to the point that it was on the launch when it broke. Prior to loosening the surgical tubing we had the bottom of the ball about 13 feet in the air at the highest point and it traveled about 35 feet before hitting the ground.

Correct, that would be like putting "C:/Users/Username/Documents/something.docx" instead of uploading something.docx.

They should try to upload the picture to imgur.com or something similar then link it here with the proper image tags.

You don't think the drivetrain is rather slow? Obviously personal preference, and it's certainly not slow, I just find this to be a game where speed and/or shifting capability is an advantage
