Quick release mechanism

My team was wondering if any one knew of a good electronic quick release mechanism. We found the R4-EM from southco, but cannot find out if these are legal or not. if you have a better method all ideas would be fantastic. (It needs to be able to be fired more than once in a single run.)

Seems to be Not legal--it appears to have its own motor. However, you could replace the motor and have it be legal.
