I don't think this is allowed, BUT...

You can use legal cylinders as storage tanks (per one
of the updates). How about using a 2 inch diameter 12
inch stroke cylinder as a storage tank?

I have not tested it, but I suspect that one of these
is about as much volume as both tanks included in the kit.

Just a suggestion.

Joe's idea about using a large cylinder(2" dia. by 12" stroke) in place of additional storage tanks works. We have tried it out on our robot and have not seen any problems. In fact, you could use multiple cylinders if you need extra storage capacity.
