In your mock inspections, be sure to check for sharp places. Why risk drawing your official inspector's blood and possibly adversely alter what he thinks of your machine?

Starts at 10am until 3pm. Food will be available for purchase and please bring your own chairs. Usually a few bots show up so nothing formal, but we can run assist drills. We do have a full size playing field and 3 balls.

The Ninjineers are planning on being there! Thanks :)

Team 2959 is holding an event this Saturday in Southwest Michigan (Coloma to be exact).

Weren't sure we were going to be able to once the snow days started piling up but it looks like we will make it. Sounds like we have around 6 teams so far. Anyone interested feel free to msg me and I can get more details.

Will there be webcasts to these events? If so, please post the links here and we can add them to GameDay (http://www.thebluealliance.com/gameday).

Happy week six!

We're actually lucky in that one of the Lead Robot Inspectors for FLR will take time out of his schedule to come and check out the robots of the teams that come to Rochester Rally. He can spot things up front that will be a problem during the real inspection process while the teams have a few days to fix it.

One year he saved us because we had a arm that went outside of the mandated envelope and we had time to do the re-engineering needed to fix it before bagging the robot.

Last I heard, we have 20+ teams coming on Sunday to play, test and work on their robots!

Unfortunately the camera angles selected leave a large wedge including all of the TRUSS and most of the far side of the field not visible.

Yeah, sorry about that. Unfortunately our setup is a bit thrown together. Still, better than nothing. Also just talked to our announcers about keeping the cameras clear during play.
