Case 10104: Segway Vs. U.S. Malls

Would the Seqway be confined to the ramp-access areas of malls, if allowed at all? I know that in Jersey, some of the more popular malls, being 2 and 3 levels, are not very friendly to disabled folks. There will be one elevator or two for public access, and a bunch of escalators and stairs; no ramps go between levels. The Seqway weighs 65 pounds, more than most people like to carry. I can just see somebody confusing a gyro with an all-too quick rearward movement when attempting to access an esalator on a Segway, propelling him or her rearward at full speed -- not the best situation at all.
