FRC Wireless Bridge

We're having some issues connecting to our 2014 FRC wireless bridge. I can't connect to the control panel using the suggested information on the back of the router, but nothing ever connects, neither wirelessly nor wired over ethernet.

To the best of my knowledge no settings were changed in the router, but our classmate's IP has been changed as it should to reflect our team number.

Can anyone supply or point me to a step-by-step guide to setting up the bridge?
