Really, a scooter that generates electricity? Did someone just drop the bomb?

No bomb was dropped. That scooter was shown on 60 minutes 2 last night. It was much larger than the scooter pictures that have been floating around the internet. It is possible that IT is an imporvement on that scooter, but that scooter is not IT.
