Pressure Switch Programming
I'm new to pneumatics and my controls team is trying to get a test system to run. We can't figure out how to set up a pressure switch to shut off our compressor at 120 psi. I know 60 is our working pressure, but once our pressure reaches that, it keeps going. How do we program our pressure switch to shut our compressor off?

Re: Pressure Switch Programming
The pressure switch is preset for somewhere around 110 psi.
The pressure switch gets wired to a sidecar Digital Input, just where gets specified in your code. The control PWM cable for the Spike controlling the compressor gets connected to a sidecar Relay output. Here's an example of the code: ![]() |
