What is everyones strategy?
Posted by Justin Hirt at 2/7/2001 3:33 PM EST
Student on team #116, Epsilon Delta, from Herndon High School and NASA Headquarters. As the 6 weeks of building near their conclusion and FIRST robots across the nation begin to be assembled, I begin to wonder what everybody's strategy is. Are more teams concerned with getting more multipliers or a higher base score? Do most of the robots in the competition have huge arms for manipulation balls or small ones for manipulating goals? I would appreciate any comments anyone may have. Thank you and God speed. Justin Coach of team 116 |

Engineer on team #334, BTHS Knights, from Brooklyn Tech. HS and Con Ed, SIAC Keyspan. In Reply to: What is everyones strategy? If necessary, we can handle a couple of big balls with a single arm. This will require ALL of the teams in the Alliance to agree on this strategy. (see previous message "the ideal game") What do you think? Team#334 |
