Tablet based scouting sheet
 

My team is switching to a tablet based scouting system this year. We plan on using a tablet spreadsheet program. A template of the scouting sheets we are using is below. Any comments would be useful. I can't really do much more work on our scouting database until i have finalized the scouting sheet (which I will be sharing again this year on CD). If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

very good start. presuming the yellow area are entries, I generally have comments for those cells that tell what the program is expecting. I'll show it to the rest of the team and relay any suggestions they have.

I really like the idea of having a field showing the important things that happened in the match. You have a really well put together scouting sheet. One thing that might be missing is a spot for the numbers of the alliance members? I might have just missed it though. :p
