Scouting form 2014
 

Hello all,

First post and I'm looking for some input.
This is the first year that our team has taken our scouting form more serious and put some serious time into the design process. We found from previous experience that we want a sheet that is easy to fill out and gives us a general idea of the robots' performance and position. We decided this because in previous years we had used sheets which took into account almost all types of scoring and penalties. Although this would have given us detailed information, we found that we did not have enough people to take all of the detailed information required during a single match, and this lead to gaps in our data. Also we found that if we could centralize all of the data from one team onto a single sheet we could quickly evaluate teams for upcoming matches.

With our new design we hope to have the general data for each team and be able to access it quickly. Please post input and constructive criticism, as we would like to have the best model we possibly can for game day. Both the doc and pdf will be posted for preferred method of viewing and editing.

As a final note the top check boxes will be filled out by our pit scouting according to what the team says they are capable of performing.
